How to Use

To begin, download the Sport Clips app and create an account or log in. Ensure that location settings are enabled so you can view nearby stores. Select a store based on previous visits, proximity, or current wait times, and tap “Join the lineup.” Subsequently, choose your preferred stylist for yourself and any accompanying guests before tapping “Join the lineup” again to complete the process.

What Happens Next?

After joining the lineup, utilize the Haircut Tracker for real-time updates on your estimated wait time, current lineup status, and updates about your stylist. This allows you to manage your schedule effectively while waiting for your appointment. If enabled, location services facilitate a smooth check-in process upon arrival through geofencing technology; alternatively, you can inform a stylist upon arrival or enter your phone number at an in-store kiosk to check in. If you happen to lose your spot in line, simply tap ‘Join the lineup’ again upon arrival at the store.
